Return and Refund Policy

At Lulu’s, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Fresh Flowers and Plants: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fresh flowers and plants. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or offer a store credit.

2. Refunds

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If your flowers or plants arrive damaged or not in the condition you expected, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, or store credit.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled with a full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. This does not apply to wedding or event related arrangements.

  • Cancellations for arrangements or workshops made less than 48 hours before will not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

  • Wedding and elopement items are custom designed for each couple. Once a deposit or final payment is made, there are no refunds for these amounts. If you are not satisfied with the product once it is received, please let us know immediately so that we can help.
